We’re excited to announce that Municipal Electric Safety Exchange (MESE) and the Texas Electric Power Conference (TEPC) are officially joining forces to create one unified conference: the Lonestar Power Safety Exchange (LPSE).
For years, both MESE and TEPC have been dedicated to advancing safety, education, and collaboration for linemen and utility professionals across Texas. By merging into LPSE, we are combining the best of both conferences, expanding opportunities for hands on training, equipment demonstrations, safety education, and industry networking, all under one powerful program.
Our mission remains the same: to strengthen the safety, skills, and community of every lineman and utility professional. Now, with one voice and one program, we’re building an even stronger future together. Stay tuned for more details on LPSE’s upcoming events, schedules, and opportunities to connect.

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive platform for linemen, technicians, superintendents, engineers, and managers in the electric power industry to enhance their skills, knowledge, and safety practices. Through a combination of equipment and safety presentations, our conference aims to empower participants to excel in their daily operating environments. We welcome personnel from all electric utilities, municipals, cooperatives, investor-owned, utility contractors, suppliers, distributors, and vendors, fostering collaboration and support for the continual improvement of the industry.
